Emergency Fund: Disasters & Attacks in Afghanistan
The people of Afghanistan continue to be the victims of flooding, earthquakes, and airstrikes from Pakistan. Innocent civilians are being killed, injured, and lie stuck under the rubble. This fund will be used to mobilize our aid workers to areas impacted, delivering emergency aid to victims. We will use this fund to pay for the medical treatment of victims, transport victims to hospitals, buy families food packages, & provide them with monetary support as they rebuild their homes and villages.
On August 28th, Pakistan launched airstrikes in Nangrahar and Khost province, and our team has mobilized, paying for medical treatment of those injured and providing monetary aid to help families rebuild their homes. As of an hour ago, an earthquake has struck Afghanistan, killing and injuring multiple in Kunar Province.
Innocent civilians are the victims of disasters and attacks, and it is our responsibility to do what we can. Afghanistan is sanctioned and international humanitarian aid organizations are no longer present in the country. Please donate generously.
